It has been a crazy political year and this final month is sure to be interesting! The debates have sparked a lot of conversation about the left and the right. When it comes to your body, it is important to pay attention to BOTH sides of your body. We all have a dominant hand and foot. Generally, the dominant side of our body is stronger and the muscles and fascia on that side are tighter. Thus, the dominant side may need more hands-on treatment than the non-dominant side. That being stated, be sure to exercise and work both sides evenly to help prevent imbalances between the right and left sides. Our bodies are not perfectly symmetrical but the closer we can keep both sides being balanced, the better our bodies will function. So, if you are feeling off balance or asymmetrical, call Marcum Chiropractic for help! 503-235-7130
