Smoking is not healthy. Everyone knows this. The cardiovascular problems and cancers linked to smoking are practically endless.
Another not-so-commonly known area of the body that also gets damaged by smoking is the discs between the vertebrae. Smoking will dry out the discs and can eventually lead to the discs cracking. This will often lead to excruciating pain and potentially permanent nerve impairment if not addressed properly. Don’t smoke; it isn’t worth it!
