With the current sheltering in place orders caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, internet/TV usage is at an all-time high. More often than not, whatever content is being viewed, it is being watched while on a very soft sofa, over-stuffed chair, or in bed. While comfortable, none of these pieces of furniture offer decent, let alone optimal support for your back and neck. Thus, here is your friendly reminder to sit up straight and get moving! Everyday is starting to feel like Groundhog Day…is it Monday or Thursday? Try to create a new normal physical routine so it’s easier to get the exercise you need and not let the sofa monster abuse your spine and posture!
