Old man winter hasn’t gone away yet…and many of us are starting to get cabin fever. However, don’t be too anxious to rush into spring. Enjoy the many wonderful things winter has to offer; skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, etc. Most of these activities are excellent forms of exercise- get it while you can! There’s no need to be stuck in the gym doing the same monotonous workout over and over again. Get out there and enjoy our beautiful area! Your body and mind will thank you for it.
